Birthday Cake Decorating Machine
Introduction
The cake decoratingn machine is specialized piece of bakery equipment designed to automate and standardize the process of applying and smoothing a uniform layer of icing, cream, buttercream, ganache, or other topping onto the surface of cakes.
It replaces the manual skill of “crumb-coating” and “finishing” with precise, consistent, and efficient mechanical action.

Instruction:
- Step 1: Place the cake embryo in the middle of the machine, keep a suitable distance (6-8mm) between the spatula and the embryo, and start milking the oil.
- Step 2: Squeeze on the cream and scrape off any excess cream from the knife.
- Step 3: Rotate the horizontal blade slightly (about half a turn) until sharp edges appear.
- Step 4: Keep the machine rotating, scrape off excess cream, and remove the vertical and horizontal knives
