For a normal capacity popular burger bun production line, the complete production line include Self-tipping dough mixer,   Automatic  dough divider and conical rounder , Burger pan, Baking trolley, Fermentation room, Rotary oven,  Hamburger slicer etc.

  1. Step 1: self-tipping dough mixer, capacity different from 75-150kg etc;
  2. Step 2: automatic  dough divider and conical rounder;
  3. Step 4: put the  dough balls onto burger pan in strap;
  4. Step 5: put  burger pan on the baking  trolley until the trolley is full;
  5. Step 6: push the trolley into fermentation room for  bread fermenation;
  6. Step 7: after finish the fermentation, push the trolley full of burgers into the rotary oven for baking;
  7. Step 8: after baking, you can choose use the hamburger slicer to cut into slice. ( The slicer is  not must  necessary, this step optional as your request).
