Introduction
This horizontal cake slicer is built to precisely and efficiently cut products into horizontal slabs. Slice off the top of a cake for an evenly cut professional look. Increase production and lower costs by baking one cake and slab cutting it into several thin layers for a layer cake.this machine could install 4 or 5 blades simultaneously to slice consistent layers from 5mm to 100mm.it is great for a bakery producing layers cakes or slicing the top crown off of cake products , or slicing hamburger into 2 lalyers .

Machine Feature :
- It adopts tooth-form tool with imported textures. The blade does not include slag, has fewer crumbs, is tender in cutting face and is a high-grade quality.
- It is used to cut castella (whole dish), Chiffon cake, Sponge cake embryo (used for cake shop) .
- It adopts material of 304 stainless steel and its conveyer belt adopts imported environmental PU conveyer belt . Cakes can be directly conveyed and cut, so it is very safe and healthful ;
- One-key start, it is easy and convenient to operate.
- Double band saws for excellent and smooth cake slicing.
- The thickness of the slices is adjustable in the step of 5 mm along 25 slots.
